Q: How can I find out if a certain piece I am searching for is in your inventory?

Q: Can you look and locate a certain item I am interested in?
A: We gladly accept requests and will go out and "shake the trees" to try to locate the piece you are seeking. We can call and tell you about a piece and/or send you a Polaroid photo.

A: Because William Austin Antiques is Vermont's largest antique dealer. Our inventory changes often and if we do not have what you are looking for most likely we can easily locate it. In our over quarter century that we've been in business we have gained a reputation of having not only the most attractive and interesting displays, spread out in our 15 showrooms, but also that of selling quality and authentic, hard to find antiques at reasonable and fair market prices. Q: Can you help with Estate Liquidation?
A: YES we offer Estate Liquidation services. We offer the ease of complete liquidation and cleanouts to assist executors, heirs, those that hold Power of Attorney, trust administrators, trustees and attorneys. We will settle your Estate quickly and decisively. No Estate Too Small or Too Large / From a single item to a complete estate.

A: We deliver in New England from Maine, Boston, New York all the way to Virginia and Washington DC. We ship via FedEx Ground and work with most major moving companies such as Atlas, Mayflower, United, North American and others all over the continental USA. We are always looking to purchase individual pieces or entire estates. Furniture, glassware, from one item to a whole house full, we try to take the hassle out of selling for you. Not sure what to sell your items for? Give us a call and let us set up and appointment to come and see your estate. No hassles of garage sales, or newspaper ads with strangers coming to your house. We also are on the constant look out for pieces to acquire: porcelain, silver, paper products, books. Most importantly we want your antique pieces that you need to sell. Q: Do you repair or finish old items?
A: YES we have a professional refinishing, repair and restoration shop. We only refinish the old fashioned way, by hand, no short cuts. Whether it's a small scratch or an entire piece we take pride in our hands on approach. Our old fashioned methods assure you that your valuable antiques will be preserved properly. We re-cane chairs including split and rush and can re-tape those Shaker seats. We also carry Olde Century Colors paints, authentic early American colors and offer and assortment of antique restoration hardware as well. Q: Do you do custom work?
A: YES we do offer custom tables and furniture. We build custom farm and harvest tables in maple, birch, oak, cherry, from 4' to 14 ' long. We'll build you anything you want.
